Payment Transactions

All online payment transactions are handled by a third party payment called Stripe, whose secure transaction processing environment meets industry standards. We do not process any credit cards details on our own website and any cardholder data is secured on their website. For more information please visit Stripe.

Bookings for large parties / Cancellation Policy

We take advance deposits from the credit/debit card details for functions* when you secure your booking. Your deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

Wedding terms and conditions

1. Provisional bookings:

Provisional bookings will be taken without obligation and held for 14days. If the deposit of £2000 is not received after this period has elapsed the booking will be released.

2. Deposits:

To confirm your wedding we require an initial non-refundable deposit of £2000. Confirmation will be sent by return.Three months prior to your wedding date we will be in contact to arrange a meeting to discuss final details and the second deposit is due which is 50% of the estimated balance.The remaining balance is due one month in advance of the wedding date.

3. In the unlikely event that you should have to cancel or post pone your confirmed booking your deposits are not refundable or transferable.

4. Conditions of Booking:

Whilst every attempt is made to hold the prices as shown, there maybe occasions to change these due to market fluctuations.These increases, where necessary, will be agreed between the parties prior to the function taking place.

5. Unless otherwise agreed, a security deposit of £500 is required to cover any damage, theft or any bar tabs not settled on the day and is payable with your final balance.This will then be refunded to you two weeks after your wedding date if there is no damage theft or unpaid bar bills.

6. A year on year rise in inflation may occur in the pricing of the weddings. For more information please speak with our events team.
